Fun and Informative - 'Have a Go' Apprenticeship Event

Yesterday afternoon Gail Bowen-Huggett, our Training Development Coordinator, attended the local ACFA (Advice Centres for Avon) meeting. There, she met a representative of the Western Training Provider Network who told her about an event which sounds great for any of our Connect <> Lockleaze users looking for a job...

Ever fancied having a go at building a brick wall? How about a bit of plumbing? Maybe try your hand at some nail art?

Well, now's your chance...

...Western Training Provider Network (WTPN) is holding a major Apprenticeships information event in Bristol on Thursday 14th March (4pm-7pm) at @Bristol, Anchor Road, Bristol, BS1 5DB

All the major apprenticeship colleges and training providers as well as the National Apprenticeship Service will be there and there will be plenty of opportunities to try new skills, allowing everybody to ‘have a go’ at different jobs and to get an understanding of Apprenticeships and what is on offer.

No need to book - just turn up and 'have a go'
